Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide - Due to the high value and volume of the products that we sell, we use International tracked and signed shipping.
Estimated shipping for the US is 10-15 working days.
Estimated shipping for Europe is 8-15 working days.
Shipping International will depend on your location. If you are located in a country with a good delivery service, shipping should take 10-12 working days. 
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is only a reference, as it is determined by product availability, product type, courier’s availability, location, as well as payment. Rural postcodes can mean a longer shipping time.
Due to the nature of the products that sell, operates a strict fraud screening process and therefore are only able to offer fast delivery if the order is validated by our network easily. ( e.g. the product is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or it is being delivered to a known company, or you have used your card before and have no bad history). In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.
If this is not the case (e.g you specify an alternate residential address as the delivery location which resides in another country to the billing address) there may be a delay in delivery while perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this and what the next steps are.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
International shipping times vary depending on the product, travel and customs. All expected shipping times are on the product page under the Delivery tab. Depending on your country, international shipping can take between 2-6 weeks. That is expected. 
For international orders, we use a fulfillment service to keep costs low which we pass on to you. The tracking ID will be issued through our shipping partner when your product arrives in your country. 
Any additional charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
